Contoso adds a usage-based tier; seat contracts unchanged until renewal

Contoso has introduced a usage-based plan alongside its existing per-seat pricing, according to an update to its public pricing page.
A spokesperson said by email that current customers would remain on seat-based contracts until renewal, and could then choose either model. The company did not share how usage would be metered beyond “active workflows.”
